CRM lists and reports share one grid layout with pivot views and exports.
Leads, Opportunities, Quotations, Customers, Sales Orders, Sales Order Line Items, SO Inventory and both SO Status reports now share one grid layout with a pivot view, saved report layouts, search highlighting, columns fitted to content and Excel and PDF export.
Faster BOM saves and cleaner MRP proposals for bought variant materials.
Planned order quantities are rounded up to the unit's precision, so a piece-counted material is no longer proposed as 10.2 Pcs. Kilogram materials keep their decimals.
BOM warnings collapse behind an icon with a count, the header is shown as grouped cards, and Update BOM sends only what changed instead of every line. A failed line now shows its real error.
A bought material with variants (for example a wash-care label in five sizes and three colours) now produces one purchase requisition with a line per variant, instead of one per variant.
The receivables account is set on the customer, and the Variant Rules matrix can choose a component variant per size.
The Customer Master dialog now has a picker for the customer's Trade Receivables GL account, which invoice posting needs.
The BOM Variant Rules matrix can now pick which variant of a component each finished-good variant consumes (for example a 6 mm or 8 mm bow per size), with "Set all" per row and column. Rules the matrix does not own are shown locked rather than overwritten.
Decide which fields of a screen are hidden, required or optional, per company and group.
A new Settings → Field Status page lets a tenant hide fields the business does not use, or make them required, per company and per group. The Customer Master is the first screen to use it.
The line-level SO Status report opens again.
Opening the SO Status – Detailed report, or drilling into a line, no longer fails with a server error.
Tenant administrators can schedule, monitor and download their own database backups.
A backup that comes due while the same database is already being backed up now waits and starts automatically when the first finishes. Retention never deletes the newest good backup of a database, and the daily safety-net backup only runs for databases with no recent success.
A new Administrator → Backups page with four tabs:
Downloading a backup needs its own permission, every download is recorded (who, when, from where), and the link expires after 10 minutes.
A line-level Sales Order status report, with make-to-order decided by the order type.
Order types now carry a "Make to order" flag. Once a type is flagged, status reports use it instead of inferring MTO from production linkage.
A new line-level report under CRM → SO Status shows each order line with its production stages, rejected, rework and scrap figures, material cover and budget approval status, with a drawer for line detail.

Made-up manufacturing is costed as operation lines with a Component Master, and prices can be revised monthly or quarterly in one run.
Seeding component types no longer fails on a duplicate id; the id sequence is reset first.
Choosing a yarn fills Cost/kg from the last costed rate, then the material master, and says "No rate on file" when neither exists. The source is shown under the rate and a rate you type afterwards is kept.
The sidebar navigation registry is now seeded as part of each production deploy, so new pages appear without a manual step.
A new Component Master page lists, creates, edits and deactivates component and operation types. A type cannot be deleted while a costing line uses it.
The overall rejection % can now apply to fabric, accessories, packaging and manufacturing. When switched on, each operation's own rejection % is ignored so rejection is never applied twice.
Made-up manufacturing is now a table of operations (Cutting, Sewing, Picoting, Scalloping, Embroidery, Checking, Packing and more), each with its own unit, rate, quantity and rejection %. Existing costings were converted with identical prices.
Customers on monthly or quarterly revised prices no longer need a new opportunity per period. A run re-prices the latest approved version of each costing as a new version, refreshes dependent fabric sheets, is approved once for the whole run, and can create the revised quotations.
Return-to-vendor was walked end to end on real data and the defects found were fixed.
The payment hold now covers partially shipped returns, a hand-picked held invoice is refused by name, and submitted requests can no longer be edited or deleted.
Staging now resolves the bin holding the batch instead of failing with "Available: 0". Cancelling a staged order moves the goods back, and reversing a staged return restores them to their shelf.
The debit note carries the line's GST rate and the return's own tax (it had billed a paisa more). A deleted, cancelled or reversed note no longer blocks a new one, and reversing a note hands the return back to Shipped.
The supplier list is now complete (11 of 60 suppliers were unreachable), dialog errors show inside the dialog, a request can be cancelled, and the debit note and ITC journal are shown by number.
A requester can no longer approve their own return request. GST reports now need the reports permission and the challan print needs the view permission.
