October 17, 2026
Production

The Vendor Balance List Excel export signs balances the same way as the Vendor Ledger.

Bug Fix

Vendor Balance List Excel Signs and Totals

Opening and Closing Balance in the Vendor Balance List Excel export are written debit +, credit −, and the totals row is written as a number, including the opening and closing totals that were previously missing.

Cut Plan Width and Cutting Note Print

October 17, 2026
Production

Lengthwise cut plans fit the right number of pieces across the fabric, and the printed Cutting Note holds 90 bundles a sheet.

Bug Fix

Lengthwise (WASL) Cut Plan Width

For a lengthwise lay the cut plan now measures the cut length across the fabric width. Plans that were refused a piece count that fits are accepted, and fabric consumption is no longer overstated. A typed 0 for shrinkage or process loss is kept rather than replaced by the defaults.

Improvement

Cutting Note Print Format

The printed Cutting Note is redesigned for A4 in black ink only, so it photocopies cleanly.

  • Bundles print in two columns: 90 on the first sheet, 100 on each following sheet
  • Bundle numbers are 8 digits (26000001) instead of 12
  • The garment name, the cutter and the spreader are printed with the order details

Vendor Down Payments, TDS per Line and GL Ledger

October 17, 2026
Production

Advances can cover several purchase orders, TDS is withheld only on the lines its section covers, and several finance screens are corrected.

Bug Fix

Balance Transfer Party Lists

On Balance Transfer the supplier and customer pickers list the chosen company’s parties as soon as they open.

Finance Global
Bug Fix

Returned Debit and Credit Notes Can Be Edited

A debit or credit note sent back with “Return for revision” goes back to Draft so it can be corrected, and the return email reaches its author.

Finance Global
Improvement

TDS Decided per Purchase Order Line

TDS under 194C / 194J is withheld only on service and job work lines, and 194Q only on goods, so a job-work vendor who also supplies goods is no longer charged 194C on the goods. Non-PO invoices are unchanged, and the PO invoice form now offers “Enter TDS manually”.

Finance Global
Improvement

GL Ledger Open Items

The “Open items only” toggle is removed: the postings tabs always show the full ledger and the Open Items tab lists unsettled items. With “Show reversed” off, a reversed pair no longer appears on the Open Items tab.

Finance Global
Improvement

Advances Applied Only Where They Belong

Posting a vendor invoice no longer applies a standalone advance automatically, and applies a PO-linked advance only up to the share of the purchase order that the invoice bills.

Finance Global
New Feature

Down Payments Across Several Purchase Orders

A vendor advance can now cover several purchase orders of the same supplier and currency, each with its own share. Bank charges and round-off lines can be added to an advance, and Simulate shows the journal before the request or payment is saved.

Plant Changes in Employment History

October 16, 2026
Production

An employee's move to another plant is recorded as a dated change.

Bug Fix

Employment History Changes Failed

Recording a change for an employee who already had employment history no longer fails with an error.

Human Resources Global
New Feature

Change Plant from Employment History

Employee Profile → Employment History has a new “Change plant” action. The move is recorded with its effective date (future dates allowed) and shown on the timeline.

Customer and Vendor Ledger Corrections

October 16, 2026
Production

Foreign-currency customer ledgers state rupee figures correctly, and ledger exports sign balances debit plus, credit minus.

Bug Fix

Exchange Rate on Customer Ledger Entries

A foreign-currency sales invoice now carries its own exchange rate into the customer ledger, so the ledger agrees with the General Ledger instead of showing the foreign amount under a rupee heading.

Finance Global
Bug Fix

Customer Ledger Cards and Balance in Rupees

On a foreign-currency customer ledger the Opening, Total Debit, Total Credit and Closing cards, the running Balance column and the PDF are all stated in company currency, so the Closing card equals the last balance on the statement.

Finance Global
Bug Fix

Vendor Ledger Excel Balance Signs

The Vendor Ledger Excel export writes balances debit +, credit −, as the customer and GL ledgers already do.

Stock Transport Orders

October 16, 2026
Production

Move your own stock between plants in two steps, tracked while it is on the road, including branch transfers between two GSTINs.

Bug Fix

GSTR-2B Reconciliation Run

An ITC reconciliation run that found matches no longer fails.

Finance Global
Improvement

Stock Abstract Shows Transfers

The seeded Stock Abstract layouts include columns for stock shipped and received on transport orders.

Inventory Global
New Feature

Stock Transport Orders

A new Materials → Stock Transport page moves stock from one plant to another within the same company. An order is created, submitted and approved, then shipped and received in two separate steps.

  • Goods leave the sending plant into a Stock in Transit location and arrive at the value they left at
  • Partial receipts, transit losses and reversals of each step
  • Orders can be amended (with version history), cancelled or short-closed
  • A delivery challan prints for every shipment, and the receiving plant is alerted when a delivery is overdue
  • A Stock in Transit report reconciles the goods on the road with the General Ledger
Inventory Global
New Feature

Stock Transport Order Approval

Stock transport orders go through an approval workflow (role “STO Approver”) when they are submitted. An amended order restarts its approval.

Workflow Global
New Feature

Branch Transfers Between Two GSTINs

A transfer between two plants registered under different GSTINs of the same company is treated as a branch transfer: a tax invoice is raised by the sending GSTIN, with e-invoice (IRN) and e-way bill, and appears in that GSTIN’s GSTR-1. The transfer value comes from configurable valuation rules and price lists, and input tax is taken only on the quantity actually received.

Finance Global
New Feature

Plant Replenishment

A replenishment worklist compares each plant’s stock, in-transit quantity and open inbound orders with its reorder point and proposes draft transport orders from the supplying plant. Serial-numbered materials ship and are received by named unit, and a mobile pick-and-ship / receive page uses the warehouse scanner.

Standardised Grids for Material Management

October 16, 2026
Production

Material Management lists move to the standard grid layout with pivot views and exports.

Improvement

Standard Grids Across Material Management

Goods Receipts, Goods Issues (production and cost centre), Material Documents and their line items, Batches, Handling Units, Rejections, Serial Numbers, Weight Adjustments, Stock Audit, Landed Cost, Customer-Owned Stock, Supplier Material References and Delivery Note capture now share the standard grid layout, with a pivot view, saved layouts, search and Excel and PDF export.

Variant Purchase Prices

October 16, 2026
Production

Type the purchase price of each colour and size directly, and have automatic requisitions and orders use it.

Bug Fix

Variant Price Terms Could Not Be Saved

A price term for a single attribute value can be saved again.

Procurement Global
Bug Fix

Numeric Variant Values Sorted as Numbers

In every variant grid a fabric width of 100 now comes after 66 and 70, rather than before them.

Inventory Global
Improvement

Automatic Requisitions and Orders Priced per Variant

Requisitions raised from planned orders and replenishment, and purchase orders converted from requisitions, now take the price of the exact variant from the chosen supplier. Purchase order and requisition prices hold up to four decimal places.

Procurement Global
New Feature

Variant Price Grid on Supplier Material References

A supplier’s price for each variant is entered as the final price in a colour × size (or length) grid. A whole row or column can be set at once or copied across; a blank cell means the base price applies.

Task Replanning, Employee Transfer and Bundle Label Printer

October 16, 2026
Production

Two task-management tools move into the app, and the bundle-label layout becomes an administrator setting.

Bug Fix

Printing Labels for Many Bundles

Printing labels for around a hundred bundles or more at once no longer fails.

Production Global
New Feature

Tasks Replanning

A new Tasks → Replanning page lets project users change task durations directly, as the administrator screen did. Each change is saved as it is typed and the dependent tasks are rescheduled down the dependency chain.

  • Every duration is editable, including completed tasks
  • A task pushed past the project end date is saved and shown in red, not refused
  • An optional reason is posted to the project chat
Task Management Global
New Feature

Bundle Label Printer Settings

A new Administrator → Bundle Label Printer page sets the sticker size and layout once for the whole company, with a test print. Every PC that prints from Cutting Room → Bundle Labels uses it, and floor users can no longer change it.

Production Global
New Feature

Transfer Employee

A new Tasks → Transfer Employee page moves one employee's tasks to another, for example when someone leaves or changes role.

  • Open tasks are moved by default; completed and cancelled tasks only when chosen
  • Employees who have left but still own tasks can be selected as the source
  • Each affected project receives a chat note
